The guide has been developed to explain the process for reassigning a scheduled report to another user profile. This will be required in the event a user who originally set up the report has exited the business and needs to be managed by another user moving forward.
Overview
There are two ways of accomplishing this task. The first option will outline the process the user can make before exiting the business. The second option is if the user has exited the business, then the task will need to be performed by a Pitram System Administrator or an account with an account that has the required level of access.
Reassign a scheduled report by End User
1. Log into Pitram Portal.
2. Within the Reporting module, under the section Scheduled Jobs you will find all the jobs you've scheduled and distributed from your account. Click the 'Pencil' icon which will enable you to modify the job.
3. Update the email field the job is being sent from by clicking the Email option under DISTRIBUITON.
4. Click the Details option under GENERAL, from the Job Author field drop down select a user that will be assigned the scheduled job and click OK to complete.
Reassign a scheduled job - By Administrator
1. Log into Pitram Portal and navigate to the System module. Under Administration click the Manage Jobs option.
2. Ensure the option Show all users jobs is ticked. Under the Scheduled Jobs section of the page click the Pencil to edit the required job.
3. To update the scheduled job, follow steps 3 & 4 as outlined in section 'Reassign a scheduled report by End User' above.
