MineMarket is a solution built by Datamine to maximize commercial outcomes. The solution currently has no means of integrating with any API; therefore, AUR Adapters are created to connect operational data from Pitram into the system. This is achieved by generating MineMarket-specific reports that generates .csv file formats with defined columns and formats.
The reports for the AUR Adapters they are scheduled to save to a file path (watch folder) at the end of every shift as a csv file.
The csv file then flows through a series of folders which filters the information into the format that MineMarket requires.
When site reprocesses a shift it just updates our reporting database but there is no mechanism to trigger these reports to run again to go into this watch folder after changes have been made to older shifts. This is important as the geology department will make changes to past shifts as part of there reconciliation through out the month.
To manually get the AUR Adapter reports follow the following example.
Step 1. Login to Pitram Portal and select the Pitram Reporting Module. Scroll down to find the Mine Market Reports
Step 2. Select one of the Reports for example the AUR Transaction FIRINGS and select the shift you require
Step 3. Run Job
Step 4. Export the Report
Step 5. Export it as a CSV
Step 6. Go to the Downloads folder and Rename it to the required shift. When renaming add the suffix to the report name _yyyymmddP* for either day or night shift (for example AURTransactionFirings_20250326P1 for day shift for the 26/03/2025)
Repeat for all three reports for each shift and add the reports into the watch folder
