- Log into Pitram Portal.
2. Within the Reporting module, select the report you want to schedule. It is highly recommended you run the report first and view the data to ensure it contains the information that is required.
3. It is recommended when selecting the Period object for the report, to use the Macros attribute.
4. Bottom right-hand corner click on Advance
5. Click on Schedule and ensure both the "Schedule Job" and "Reoccurrence" are both selected.
5.1 Schedule Job - set the start date and time of when you want to scheduled report to run.
5.2 Reoccurrence - select how often you would like the schedule report to run.
6. Select Email under DISTRIBUTION and ensure Email option is selected. Enter the email of the recipients in the "To" field. When entering multiple recipients they need to be entered using the following format, ricky.bobby@email.com; ron.@burgandy@email.com (where the email addresses are separated by a semi-colon)
Enter an email for the "From" field, subject and a message in the body of the email. Select report formatting output option (generally .pdf format) and click OK to complete.
7. The scheduled report is now available under your My Jobs pane within the Reporting module. If you want to edit the scheduled report, you can do so from here by clicking on the "pencil" icon which will take you back to the Advanced Job section as per the steps above.
