How to: Set Pitram Vision to use Payload Tonnes

Introduction

When using Pitram Vision with trucks capable of capturing payload tonnes, and the client prefers to utilize this data, Pitram Vision must be configured to ignore the Loader Bucket Capacity.

This short guide will show you how:

1. Log into Pitram Portal and navigate to "Reference Edit" and select the dropdown for "Configuration Items".

2. Select the dropdown from "Business Model Settings" and then select "MovementQuantityOverride".

3. Ensure settings are as follow or adapt to measure names used on client site.


 

4. Ensure "UseLoaderBucketWeight" is set to "0" (zero). 

As can be seen, if set to "1" (one) the Loader Bucket capcity will be used instead of the Hauling unit capacity.
