As a normal process you need to keep in mind to review if the tablets are in the right WiFi is:
- Minimize or close Pitram Mobile.

Please go to Windows Settings.

Open Network & Internet.

On this window, please select Wifi.

By following these steps, you would be able to see which is the Wifi where the tablet is connected to. Also, if you find the network is wrong, please review it with IT to get the name of the right Wifi and also the credentials.
