This Internal guide has been developed to explain the process of restoring the token navigator in DA.
Overview:
Customers may report:
Tokens are not available in the Equipment, Location or People Token Navigators. This is restrictive to most users' workflows and needs attention from a Pitram specialist to resolve.
Process:
- Shut down Data Acquisition
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Micromine\PITRAM\Configuration\Profile\ <<your username>>
- Delete the three TokenNavigatorConfig files (highlighted below)

- Start Data Acquisition
- Once open, the tokens should be visible once more:
