User Permissions - Pitram Data Acquisition/Event Editor

This guide has been produced to inform Information Technology teams of the required user permissions for Micromine Pitram control room installations.

To ensure user data such as panel or canvas definitions and application configuration are preserved correctly, it is important to configure the user permissions for the path C:\ProgramData\Micromine and its sub-folders accordingly.

Conditions:

1. Users, or user groups must be explicitly defined. Implied or effective permissions are not sufficient.
2. 'Full Control' of the folder is preferred as this will decrease the diagnostic requirements should issues be encountered.
3. The images below shows a Local Group 'Control Room Operators'. This should be replaced with a Domain Group for easier management.
