In the DA tool, configure the menus to display a breakdown of people's attributes (employer, department, crew). Customize this according to each end user's needs. Keep in mind that the role type of the personnel will also influence the display, and it has to be “Primary”.

In the next case, if you do right click on Operator, appears the persons associated with the Primary Role Type.
To add a new level, follow the next steps:
Have a check of the new configuration about filters by person. As you can see, a new level has been added based on the department of the individuals:
The contextual menu can configure as the user requieres. The user can use a diferent level of filter:

Department
-
Crew
-
Employer
An user can mix all of them.
