This panel is useful for security area of all the clients because this panel allows control of some risky location where the operators need to work on something punctual like reviewing the gases, fortifying the tunnels, risk of flooding and others. This panel generates an alert when the maximum time allowed at a location has expired, helping you ensure operator’s safety.
Open DA

Create a Controlled Area Panel. Put some name for the panel

Choose “Sign Controlled Area”

You can select which type of Sign you want to control. Otherwise, choose All Sign Types.

Choose the location you want to filter.

Click on Finish

The panel was created successfully. Open this panel in the Canvas and you will see the next view.

To create a sign, click on the “+”

Choose the type of sign, the location, the person who is leading this activity, the area, reason and Mine Control Actions

The ventilation sign was created successfully

To create the alert, right click on the sign and select “Create Controlled Area”:

The alerts are created on the left side of the panel

To set up the alert (duration of the risky activity, the operators who are involved in the activity, the scope and the person who granted the activity) right click on the alert and then select “Add Log”:

Register the information: duration of the risky activity, the operators who are involved in the activity, the scope and the person who granted the activity

The alert change to red color and the number describes the count of the operators who are involved in the activity

To change the duration of the activity, right click on the “log Entry Details” and select “Extend log duration”

If the activity has finished, you have to remove the people of the location doing right click on “log Entry Details” and select “Remove People from Log”:

Remove the operators from left to right and then select Ok
The alert will update with the new information

When the duration of the activity is finished, an alert will appear in DA and it doesn’t allow you to do anything else but asking about the operators.

When there's nobody else in the activity, the alert is green

To close the alert, you have to do right click on the alert and then select "Close Controlled Area"
