Usually, it is a good practice to lock shifts in Pitram Dome, this will prevent for unauthorised reprocessing during normal operation and will improve Data Quality.
In order to do that, we will need to log in in Pitram Dome, and go to the Pitram Service icon, located on the top right bar.
We will need to click in Shifts:
We select the shift or shift we want to lock, and click in the button Lock
The shift we locked should look like this:
In the same way, we can Unlock the shift by selecting the shift or shifts and clicking in the Unlock button.
When the shift is locked, you cannot reprocess it.
It is a good practice that you manage the Pitram Roles to have only access to lock/unlock to Pitram Administrators.
